Advanced IT Comes To Our Office

Other people we interviewed told us they would remotely monitor our system – Nothing about on-site visits. Advanced IT comes to our office. We had another IT company that would address our problems but they would not come on our premises. We wanted someone to come on-site, look over our equipment, and advise us of things that are not operating at the best levels.

We found that Advanced IT is concerned about our needs; not just another sales deal. They are not pushy about selling more products, but monitors our existing equipment with how it is working. We understand “If it isn’t broken don’t fix it” doesn’t work with today’s security breaches. Our staff discusses our issues before Advanced IT arrives, and they address each of them during our scheduled visits. They don’t create work arounds for problems because that just creates bigger problems.

Advanced IT keeps a log of anything they touch and change at our office. Each time they visit, for our healthy maintenance checks, they ask if the last concerns noted in their documentation has been cleared up.
