Advanced IT Comes To Our Office
Other people we interviewed told us they would remotely monitor our system – Nothing about on-site visits. Advanced IT comes to our office. We had another IT company that would address our problems but they would not come on our premises. We wanted someone to come on-site, look over our equipment, and advise us of things that are not operating at the best levels.
We found that Advanced IT is concerned about our needs; not just another sales deal. They are not pushy about selling more products, but monitors our existing equipment with how it is working. We understand “If it isn’t broken don’t fix it” doesn’t work with today’s security breaches. Advanced IT is Very Responsive
You get what you pay for. When I looked for an IT provider, I wanted someone that was a “fit” with great customer service - I believe Advanced IT has delivered. You need to be proactive as far as your computer / IT services. I always want to be up-to-date with our security and virus protection, etc. I would rather pay money upfront for the peace of mind with knowing that things are running properly and securely. Advanced IT has always been very responsive to any device problem we have run into.

Susan Fixed Both Our Printers – Everything Works Perfectly
We couldn’t print to both our copiers, but Susan came in, analyzed our system and fixed the issues. Susan was prompt and polite, and fixed all our printer issues. I was satisfied with her price and felt she was worth it.
