You get what you pay for. When I looked for an IT provider, I wanted someone that was a “fit” with great customer service - I believe Advanced IT has delivered. You need to be proactive as far as your computer / IT services. I always want to be up-to-date with our security and virus protection, etc. I would rather pay money upfront for the peace of mind with knowing that things are running properly and securely. Susan Fixed Both Our Printers – Everything Works Perfectly

We couldn’t print to both our copiers, but Susan came in, analyzed our system and fixed the issues. Susan was prompt and polite, and fixed all our printer issues. I was satisfied with her price and felt she was worth it.
